Here at TES, keeping kids happy and engaged is a top priority! The best way to teach new skills is to have fun doing it. We use positive reinforcement to increase the likelihood appropriate behaviors will happen in the future, as well as incorporate the client’s top reinforcing items and activities to help motivate them to learn.

How do we work as a team?

TES is special in that we use an interdisciplinary therapy approach! As well as Behavior Analysts, we also have highly trained Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists we work and collaborate with every day to ensure our clients are given the best, well-rounded therapy techniques they need to strive.

How do we include the family?

How do we include the family?

Parent and family involvement is a critical piece of the ABA therapy program. Behavior Analysts meet with families on a scheduled basis, at least once per month, to review progress, share updates, and train parents on their child’s specific treatment plan. Parents are taught how to help their child’s skills learned in one environment generalize to home or across people.
