Discover TES’ funding options for our comprehensive educational and therapeutic services. We facilitate access through the following funding sources:
Insurance Partnerships:
TES is an in-network provider with numerous insurance companies, including PPOs, HMOs, and Medicaid. Our team assists families in navigating insurance procedures for seamless therapeutic service access. You can learn about using insurance as a funding source here.
Contracting Opportunities:
TES collaborates with public and private agencies, delivering tailored educational and therapeutic services to diverse settings and populations. For more details, contact your local TES office.
Public Funding:
As a certified nonpublic agency, TES engages with School Districts, Charter, Public, and Nonpublic Schools, offering specialized education services under varied public funding streams, including IDEA funding for ages 3 through 22 in California and Ohio and ages 3 through 26 in Michigan.
Parent/Caregiver Private Pay
Tailored, personalized services are available on a private pay basis. We accept multiple payment forms, such as checks and credit/debit cards. We also assist in documentation for third-party billing. Contact our office to design a program that suits your family’s needs.
TES Academy | Fairlawn, Ohio
TES Academy offers a variety of funding options to support your child’s education. Families may privately pay tuition or use funding through the Autism Scholarship Program or Jon Peterson Scholarship. Additionally, eligible students may be placed at TES Academy through their local school district.
TES Therapy, located next door, can provide medically necessary care covered by insurance for students requiring therapeutic services, including speech, occupational, and physical therapy and applied behavior analysis.

Regional Centers:
TES is a vendor with numerous Regional Centers throughout California. We specialize in providing Early Intervention services, including Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy, for children ages 0-3. We are also a vendor for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services through select Regional Centers.
